Will Forte remembered 'Saturday Night Live' boss Lorne Michaels giving him 'a little talking to' after a 'tough' first few years performing on the show: 'Set me straight.'

The Last Man on Earth star discussed his difficulty making the transition from penning sketches to performing them during an episode of Hot Ones. "You'd write something and then somebody would perform it," Forte recalled of his time working on shows like Late Night with David Letterman. Later in the Hot Ones interview, Forte recalled a baffling note he received from an executive while working on the pilot of his show The Last Man on Earth.
