Will Ferrell goes to TV! The movie icon, 56, will star in a comedy called Golf for Netflix about a veteran golfer who joins a controversial new league
The actor - who is currently set to appear alongside Reese Witherspoon in an upcoming comedy film - is set to portray a veteran golfer who becomes the face of a new league.
The show will see Ferrell returning to the sports comedy genre, which he explored in Semi-Pro and Blades Of Glory. The pair will also serve as the show's executive producers alongside the Step Brothers star and Glass Onion director Rian Johnson. Ferrell is also preparing for the release of the upcoming animated feature Despicable Me 4, in which he will voice supervillain Maxime Le Mal.
