Will Ferrell to Star in Netflix Comedy Series ‘Golf,’ Ramy Youssef Attached as Co-Creator


Will Ferrell and Ramy Youssef will co-create and star in 'Golf,' a comedy series set at Netflix. Josh Rabinowitz also co-creates.

More recently, he has appeared in “Barbie,” “The Shrink Next Door” and “Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga.” Ferrell’s credits as a producer include “Succession,” “May December,” “The Menu,” “Booksmart” and more. Youssef is best known for creating and starring in “Ramy” on Hulu and playing Max McCandless in the 2023 Yorgos Lanthimos film “Poor Things.” He is also the co-creator of “Mo” on Netflix and directed an episode of FX’s “The Bear” Season 2. Youssef recently released the HBO stand-up special “More Feelings,” a follow-up to 2019’s “Feelings.” Up next, he serves as creator and star of the animated Amazon series “#1 Happy Family USA.” He is repped by WME, Entertainment 360, Narrative, and Yorn, Levine, Barnes, Krintzman, Rubenstein, Kohner, Endlich, Goodell & Gellman.
