Jodie Comer and Ralph Fiennes have been revealed among the cast in a 28 Days Later sequel, according to Deadline. So, who was in the original cast, and where are they now?
Speaking to Josh Horowitz for the Happy Sad Confused podcast, the actor (seen in the 2002 film, left) revealed that Christopher Nolan was convinced to cast him in Batman Begins after watching 28 Days Later - a relationship which eventually resulted in Murphy winning an Oscar in 2024 for his role in Oppenheimer (right) Naomie was nominated for Best Supporting Actress at the Oscars, BAFTAs, Golden Globes and Screen Actors Guild Awards for her role as Paula in the vastly acclaimed movie Moonlight (2016) In BBC series Boiling Point (2021), featuring Steven Graham as its lead, Panthaki played Freeman - for which he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the British Independent Film Awards.
