Tom Holland is reflecting on his past drinking in honor of being three years sober, saying that he had an 'eye-opening moment' when he asked his younger brother to drive home from a party because he felt he needed to drink to enjoy himself.

Tom Holland has reached a milestone three years of being sober — and shared what led him to kick alcohol for good. He further noted that when he was struggling with wanting alcohol, his lawyer gave him “a really poignant piece of advice that helped me get through everything, which was: You’ll never wake up the morning after a night out and wish you had a drink. The actor started participating in Dry January in 2022, originally planning to abstain just for the month.
