The actor, 41, took home his first individual Emmy for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series for his role as Roman Roy on Succession.
Succession was named best drama series for the third time while Kieran, Sarah Snook, and Matthew Macfadyen won acting trophies for their roles as part of the wealthy but miserable Roy family. The Roman Roy actor, 41, who scooped a Critics Choice Award on Sunday , thanked his mother Patricia 'for giving me life' and told wife Jazz Charton he wants more children during his emotional speech Ali triumphed over the likes of: Lizzy Caplan – Fleishman Is in Trouble, Jessica Chastain – George & Tammy, Dominique Fishback – Swarm, Kathryn Hahn – Tiny Beautiful Things, and Riley Keough , Daisy Jones and the Six.
