Posting to Instagram Stories, the former Playboy model, shared a mirror selfie as she cradled Gia while posing in a pair of loose-fitting blue jeans and a matching denim jacket. Hours earlier, Simone shared a heartwarming close-up video of Gia smiling in her cot as she was tickled by her doting mother.
