Simone Holtznagel has welcomed her first child with her personal trainer boyfriend Jono Castano - baby girl called Gia.
Jono also dropped a huge hint that they had already welcomed their daughter - who was due in March - to the world as he seemingly shared a selfie from The Royal Hospital for Women He appeared to be waiting patiently for something as he rested his head on his fist in the selfie, adding in the caption a love heart and white bird emoji. Jono told Daily Mail Australia at the opening of his new Acero Gym last October that the pair had already chosen their child's name, months ahead of her due date.
