Shein UK breaches company law by failing to disclose human owner

Breach could disrupt Shein’s reported plans to list in UK as companies are legally required to declare ‘person with significant control’

However, Shein Distribution UK Ltd’s filing with Companies House lists Roadget Business Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, as its PSC and not an individual.
