The actors stayed quiet about any drama behind the scenes until Lively filed a complaint against Baldoni and his Wayfarer Studios production company in December 2024, alleging that she was sexually harassed while on set. Lively subsequently filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in a New York federal court, which mirrored her prior complaint, alleging sexual harassment, a breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress and an invasion of privacy and lost wages. Lively, 37, and Reynolds, 48, told a federal judge on Thursday, January 30, that they will move to dismiss the legal action filed against them by the It Ends With Us director, 40, Variety reported the same day.
