Ricky Martin reveals getting offered role for upcoming miniseries Palm Royale after dancing with show creator Abe Syliva at Oscars party


Ricky Martin, 50, revealed that he gained his role in the 1970s period comedy miniseries Palm Royale after dancing with the show's creator Abe Sylvia at an Oscars after-party.

The 52-year-old Puerto Rican singer and actor shared the dance floor story while promoting the upcoming Apple TV+ series on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on NBC. Ricky is shown last month with Abe, far left, and the cast of Palm Royale, including Josh Lucas, Carol Burnett, Laura Dern, producer Jayme Lemons and Amber Chardae Robinson Abe last month joined the cast of Palm Royale, including Ricky, as they promoted the miniseries at the Winter Television Critics Association Press Tour in Pasadena, California.
