Hollywood superstar Nicole Kidman is set to return for the second season of the Paramount + spy series Special Ops: Lioness.
Inspired by a real life U.S. military program, the eight-part first season focused on a covert operation in which female agents were recruited to befriend the wives and girlfriends of terrorists. Season one saw CIA agent Joe (Zoe Saldaña) recruit a Marine, Cruz, played by Laysla De Oliveira to make pals with the daughter of a financier who is funding a terrorist program. Inspired by a real life U.S. military prgoram, the eight-part first season focused on a covert operation in which female agents were recruited to befriend the wives and girlfriends of terrorists.
