Morgan Wallen's 10th anniversary edition of Stand Alone gets mixed reaction from fans... in wake of country star's plea to not support it as it was released without his consent

Morgan Wallen's 10th Anniversary edition of Stand Alone released without his consent got a mixed reaction from fans, in the wake of the country star's plea not support it.

Feeling a desire to be proactive and give his fans an alternative, Wallen took a cue from Taylor Swift and cut a hunting trip short to re-record the single and renamed it Spin You Around 1/24. Along with his complaints, the country crooner pledged $100,000 from his foundation to the Volunteer Lawyers and Professionals for the Arts (VLPA) program, in an effort to see that this sort of thing doesn't keep happening to other young artists. The Sneedville, Tennessee native maintains part of his motivation to stop the release of the Stand Alone anniversary edition was to keep the focus on new songs, which he begins working on in February
