Millie and Hugo tied the knot in June 2018 at Whithurst Park in West Sussex, one year after he proposed during a holiday to the Greek island of Mykonos. The star shared the practices which have helped her make a come-back, revealing she rarely goes out in the evenings to prioritise her sleep and early mornings with her kids, over her social life. She uses 'habit stacking', meaning adding mindful and self-care activities alongside her daily routines, like swapping doom-scrolling with positive affirmations, brushing her body to help circulation as runs her bath, or integrating cold water plunges into her day.
