The 35 year old shared a video of himself on Instagram plunging into an ice bath and gave a glimpse what looked like his latest tattoo - transcript reading Vogue - as a tribute to his stunning wife. Reality star Spencer then addressed the camera - with Vogue videoing him - as he braved the cold and joked that an ice bath was the second "love of his life."
