'Bob Marley: One Love' has generated $101.1 million worldwide after only 10 days in theaters.
Although the biopic landed mediocre reviews (and holds a 42% average from critics on Rotten Tomatoes), it earned an “A” CinemaScore from early audiences. Directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green, the film follows the journey behind Marley’s revolutionary music, from his African and European tour in the mid-1970s to the production of his landmark album “Exodus.” “Like my father’s music, this movie is meant for the people and his message of peace, love, and unity is clearly connecting with audiences around the world.
