Lorde has shared a snippet of an unreleased song ahead of her new album.
Lorde seems to finally be answering her fans’ prayers for new music, with the pop star randomly dropping a snippet of an unreleased song on TikTok Wednesday (April 9) ahead of her highly anticipated fourth studio album. On her Instagram — which she wiped free of any other content while changing her profile picture to a photo of her water bottle — Lorde shared a screenshot of a comment on the TikTok video from a bewildered fan asking, “WAIT WHAT???? In July, she shared the tiniest snippe t of an unreleased song — bopping her head to a techno-inspired beat in a two-second video — and wrote on Instagram, “Will be back in touch.”
