Korea’s CJ ENM Unveils Three-Year Co-Production Deal With Japanese Broadcaster TBS


CJ ENM will co-produce films and television series with Japanese broadcaster Tokyo Broadcasting System for the next three years.

Previously, CJ ENM and TBS Group had signed a business agreement for joint production in 2021, which included scripted and non-scripted shows, films, and animation. “With CJ ENM navigating the global expansion of K-culture with its unmatched production capabilities and TBS owning attractive IPs, we will mutually produce content that will grasp audiences worldwide.” Some of TBS’ recent programs include Kamiwaza: The Superhuman Skill Show, which gained traction among young audiences, as well as drama My Family.
