King Charles’ strict diet and exercise routine including why he doesn’t eat lunch

King Charles has ensured he's maintained a healthy lifestyle in his 75 years, from opting for vegan meals twice a week, organic produce and a military-style workout routine

The official statement confirmed it was a "separate issue of concern" away from his prostate and said the King has "commenced a schedule of regular treatments" while remaining "wholly positive". To ensure he stays as healthy as possible, it was revealed in a list of 70 Charles facts released by Clarence House to mark his 70th birthday, that he only eats two meals a day. The Duke of Sussex claimed that his father would carry out these exercises daily while only wearing a pair of boxers as he was "propped against a door or hanging from a bar like a skilled acrobat."
