The businesswoman turned 55 on April 4 and used the opportunity to give her baby grandson his first public appearance, just four days after his birth.
Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Sophia, 27, shared a photo of her mother - a regular on BBC reality show The Apprentice - cradling her newborn grandson's head while dining out with husband Paul, 52, and son Paolo, 25. Sophia confirmed she had welcomed a son with fiancé Frankie Makin by sharing a series of photos with Instagram followers over the weekend. Sophia and Frankie confirmed their engagement in 2022 and shared a gallery of images of the romantic proposal on a beach in Mykonos, Greece
