A seasoned businesswoman in her own right, Karren is no stranger to life in the cut-throat world of big business and regularly champions for people to follow their entrepreneurial dreams - even if it isn’t for the faint hearted. In 2009, following his retirement from the sport, Paul became the manager of Burton Albion and even once admitted he had turned down the opportunity to sign England striker Jamie Vary to the team. Following their wedding, the couple later went on to have two children together, Sophia and Paulo, the former of which has even launched a lucrative career of her own by becoming a highly successful fashion model.
