ITV star attacked by hammer-wielding thugs who stole thousands of pounds of jewellery

A star of Dickinson's Real Deal was subjected to a horrific robbery on Tuesday when masked thugs broke into his Chelsea shop and stole thousands of pounds worth of stock

Celebrity antiques dealer Ian Towning fell victim to the actions of violent thugs, as the star was attacked by hammer wielding robbers at his store in Chelsea. The ITV star, who is best known for appearing on Dickinson's Real Deal, was behind the counter of the shop in South West London, when the attackers burst in and demanded he hand over thousands of pounds worth of jewellery. Sadly the raid isn’t the first time Ian’s shop has been targeted, with his business widely regarded as one of the ‘jewels in the crown’ of the fashionable King's Road area of London.
