Christine McGuinness admits she felt 'uncomfortable' around other celebs on cancelled ITV show


Ahead of her appearance in BBC's Pilgrimage, Christine McGuinness has spoken out about her difficulty making friends, including how one ITV show left her feeling 'uncomfortable'

Kicking off the interview, Christine gave an insight into her life up until the Trek, including some of the difficulties she had faced as a result of her Autism as she explained: “I’ve struggled with making friends all throughout school, all throughout my twenties. Christine McGuinness previously starred in ITV's The Games (Image: ITV)Unlike her previous experience, Pilgrimage pushed Christine outside of her comfort zone and helped to her to overcome several obstacles in her life, including her difficulties in making friends, something that the show helped to change. In fact, as a result of the program Christine was able to form some life long friendships with several of her other celebrity co-stars, including Sonali Shah, Michaela Strachan and Spencer Matthews.
