Helen Flanagan addresses social media break after 'psychosis' amid break-up struggles
Former Coronation Street star Helen Flanagan as admitted that she's suffered some setbacks with her mental health recently as she 'struggled' with the breakup from ex Scott Sinclair
The 33 year old, who is mum to Matilda, seven, Delilah, five, and Charlie, two, shared a fresh-faced and smiling snap to Instagram as she flashed a peace sign with her hands. In her lengthy captioned, she explained her absence from social media, as she admitted she was 'struggling with the breakup' from her ex-fiancé, Scott Sinclair, the father of her children. "So basically I really struggled mental health wise December/ January xxx I felt really not great in my head over Christmas and I didn’t really feel that much different when I took the kids away for new year xxx I had a lot of difficult things going on things I just can’t talk about on Instagram x I felt terrible, so I was due my theatre tour which I was excited about."
