A DailyMail.com photographer exclusively caught the actor, 48, exiting their New York City apartment after security packed up his car with a slew of luggage on Thursday.
While the luggage and swimming gear hints that the couple may be jetting off on vacation with their kids in a bid to escape the whirlwind of press surrounding the ongoing It Ends With Us drama, the Gossip Girl alum, 37, and their four young children were nowhere to be seen. In her bombshell 80-page complaint, which was filed with the California Civil Rights Department, she also claimed that he had created a hostile work environment while they were filming the hugely popular Colleen Hoover adaptation. 'The Wayfarer Parties are attempting to draw a dangerous false equivalence that may have profound consequences not just for this case, but for other women who are sexually harassed in the workplace given the high profile of this matter,' the four-page letter continued.
