During a chat on Kaye Adam's podcast 'How to Be 60', the BBC Breakfast weather presenter was asked to share about the most difficult year in her life thus far. Known to be private about her personal life, Carol wedded Jimmy Kirkwood, a well-known Irish cricket player, when she was only 28 and embarking her career at BBC. While confessing her early marriage, Carol revealed to Kaye how her relationship with Jimmy involved shared responsibilities around their home.
