Dan Walker reveals he 'used to cry in the toilets' and be on 'full zombie mode' while presenting BBC Breakfast as he details his struggle with sleep deprivation


Dan recalled that his early 3am starts was one of the difficulties of his job and made him struggle with bad sleep deprivation.
