When Saldaña, 45, and husband Marco Perego appeared on the Wednesday, April 3, episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the couple talked about their engagement and how it involved the Italian director and producer telling the actress a little white lie. Saldaña who lost her dad when she was 9 years old after he was killed in a car crash in 1987, shared that she had no idea Perego had flown all that way just so her father could still be part of their upcoming engagement. Scarlett Johansson, who plays Black Widow, became a mom in August 2014 when her and then-husband Romain Dauriac’s daughter, Rose, arrived.
