Zoe Ball's Radio 2 replacement forced to apologise to listener after 'causing accident'
Zoe Ball's replacement Scott Mills issued an apology to listeners of her BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show on Monday, after one claimed that the DJ's "dirty" laugh had scared her horse
Scott Mills, who's currently filling in for Zoe Ball on the BBC Radio 2 Breakfast Show, had to issue an unexpected apology live on air after a listener named Amanda claimed his "dirty" laugh had scared her horse Moomin, causing an accident. Amanda reached out to the show to make Scott aware of how his laughter could impact animals, explaining that her spooked horse had "dragged" her across the floor in panic. On the morning of August 12, he playfully assured the audience they hadn't misjudged the time when they heard his voice instead of Zoe's during the earlier slot, letting them know that everything is right as scheduled.
