This shift comes at a poignant moment as Zoe Ball presented her final BBC Radio 2 Breakfast show on Friday 20 December, bringing her six-year stint as the showrunner to an end. In November, Zoe Ball shared some heartfelt news: "After six incredible years on the Radio 2 Breakfast Show, it's time for me to step away from the very early mornings and focus on family."
