The BBC Radio presenter has announced in an emotional statement on social media that her mum has passed away after being diagnosed with cancer battle
The BBC Radio 2 star announced last month that her mum had received a devastating diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and said she was "being incredibly brave" following the news. Sharing the news that her mum had now passed away, Zoe wrote a very emotional message on her Twitter account (X), on Tuesday morning which said: "sleep tight dear Mama. Zoe Ball announces the sad news that her mum had died after a cancer battle (Image: Meta) Her tribute post, which also featured an old photo of a younger Julia, received a flurry of heartfelt comments from her followers, including many from her showbiz circles.
