Zendaya's on-screen mother Nika King jokes that she needs to come home from Paris Fashion Week to film Euphoria season 3: 'Mama need you!'
Euphoria actress Nika King joked this week that her costar Zendaya is holding up filming of the highly anticipated third season of the series due to her travel abroad.
In a stand-up comedy set from Los Angeles' Hollywood Improv Lab that King posted to her TikTok on Sunday, the actress and comedian referenced her hit series and joked that the show's 27-year-old lead — who stunned in a revealing ensemble last month at Dune: Part Two's NYC premiere — was slowing down the start of season three filming by attending Paris Fashion Week. Despite the playful stand-up set, its not clear that Zendaya's earlier Paris Fashion Week trip or her recent Dune: Part Two publicity tour are responsible for the long gestation period for Euphoria season three. The actress and singer has been busy promoting her new film Dune: Part Two, which has become the first blockbuster of 2024, so she skipped the larger portion of Paris Fashion Week to focus on publicity appearances and attending premieres and screenings across the globe.
