After postponing several tour dates over the weekend, Zayn announced the new schedule on Wednesday for his shows that were previously set for Oct. 23 to Nov. 3, promoting his fourth solo album Room Under the Stairs. After Payne died at age 31 on Wednesday, Zayn shared on Instagram, “Given the heartbreaking loss experienced this week, I’ve made the decision to postpone the US leg of the Stairway to the Sky Tour.” Zayn previously paid tribute to his former bandmate in a heartfelt statement after Payne fell from the third-floor balcony of his Buenos Aires, Argentina hotel room last Wednesday.
