On Blue Monday, said to be the gloomiest day of the year, she reposted a video that seemed to hint strongly at her heartbreak, suggesting 'not everyone has the same heart as hers'. Just weeks before the break-up, Sam called Zara his "soul mate" in a gushing birthday post on Instagram.
