Leonardo DiCaprio could have been Lex Luthor!

In a recent episode of the Happy Sad Confused podcast with Josh Horowitz, director Zack Snyder revisited his casting decisions for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. While Jesse Eisenberg ultimately landed the role of the supervillain Lex Luthor, Snyder revealed that he had considered other high-profile actors for the part, including Academy Award winner Leonardo DiCaprio. The movie boasts a star-studded cast that includes David Corenswet as Superman, Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific, Nathan Fillion as the Guy Gardner version of Green Lantern, Anthony Carrigan as Metamorpho, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, and many others.
