Zach Bryan has completed his deferred prosecution agreement tied to his arrest in Oklahoma last year over obstruction charges, according to documents reviewed by Rolling Stone. Bryan’s successful completion of the deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) is the conclusion of this criminal case,” Michelle Lowry, director of communications for the Craig County District Attorney said in a statement. It is an opportunity to take responsibility for their actions, follow probation rules, and avoid having a criminal conviction on their records.”
