Zac Efron shared a message on his Instagram Story on Sunday after news broke that he was hospitalized for a swimming incident in Spain a few days prior. While in Spain, the “Iron Claw” star attended a DJ Martin Garrix concert at the Ushuaïa Ibiza Hotel and Beach Club. Efron’s most recent credits include Netflix’s “A Family Affair,” “Ricky Stanicky,” “The Greatest Beer Run Ever” and “The Iron Claw.”
