Thanks to the rise, “Mi Eterno Amor Secreto” wins the weekly Greatest Gainer award among the 40 songs on Regional Mexican Airplay. Muñoz secures his fifth champ, previously topping the list with the one-week ruler “Como En Los Viejos Tiempos” in January.
