Youngest Media, the company behind NBC’s Small Fortune and MTV’s Game of Clones, has a new development team. De Groot will be in charge of Youngest’s creative team and oversee its format library. De Groot, who developed Fox musical competition series The Four, was previously SVP, Entertainment at All3Media’s Optomen Productions and has held senior roles at company including MTV Entertainment, Sony Pictures Television, Talpa Content, Endemol Shine and Armoza Formats.
