The news comes as YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s prison release inches closer, following reports last month that the Baton Rouge rhymer would be let out far earlier than originally scheduled. YoungBoy (born Kentrell Gaulden) was previously indicted by federal prosecutors in March 2021 after he was allegedly found with two guns during a music video shoot back in September 2020. In December, YoungBoy’s legal team finalized a settlement to resolve all of the star’s previous cases, and saw YB plead guilty to one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
