Daisy Ridley, who skyrocketed to fame after landing a starring role in the Star Wars franchise, spoke candidly about the horrific stress and anxiety she experienced after filming
In a resurfaced interview, the 32 year old actress was open about her sudden rise to fame and hectic filming scheduled which caused her such severe anxiety that it led to "holes in her gut wall". The Young Woman And The Sea star has spoken candidly about the toll that stress and exhaustion took on her after The Force Awakens hit theaters and according to reports, it was by the time The Last Jedi opened, Ridley’s anxiety was so severe that she’d developed holes in her stomach wall. It comes after it was revealed in January that Daisy would reprise the role of Rey for a new Star Wars movie, written by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight and directed by filmmaker Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy.
