The fifth season of Taylor Sheridan's flagship Paramount drama will conclude this November, bidding farewell to star Kevin Costner, who left to pursue his next big-screen project, Horizon: An American Saga. While plot details remain under wraps, it's speculated that the story will centre around affluent matriarch Stacy Clyburn, who relocates to Montana following the tragic plane crash deaths of her husband and brother-in-law. Matthew McConaughey, an Oscar winner, was previously rumoured to star, and it's unclear if Kurt Russell, known for The Thing, will replace him or portray a completely different character.
