The family became concerned when his nephew “missed an appointment with his agent for a TV show, which is uncharacteristic for him.” The flyer further noted he was last seen leaving Lawrence, Kansas, in a 2005 white Ford Explorer on March 31 and had his cell phone turned off. In a post on Facebook Tuesday, the Lawrence Police Department announced he is a suspect in a domestic violence incident that happened on Sunday morning at an apartment in the city. However, before officers could arrive at the scene, Cole fled the apartment and left the city “immediately after the incident.” No further details about what happened in incident have been released.
