Xzibit Appears to Be Teasing a ‘Pimp My Ride’ Reboot
Xzibit appears to tease a reboot of his beloved car makeover show 'Pimp My Ride,' writing on Instagram 'it's time to get back to customizing rides.'
The “What U See Is What U Get” rapper gave fans of his beloved MTV automotive makeover show Pimp My Ride some reason to get revved up when he posted an image on Instagram on Wednesday that suggested he’s rebooting the series. Centered on the vehicular magicians at West Coast Customs — and later Galpin Auto Sports — the show featured the teams turning busted cars into four-wheel wonders, often with wildly unnecessary, but super cool accessories. In the wake of the show, he’s co-starred in more than a dozen films, including XXX: State of the Union, The X-Files: I Want to Believe, The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call New Orleans and Malice n Wonderland as well as a run as rapper Shyne on music drama series Empire.
