Woman Claims She Desperately Tried to Text Husband Her Location Before Diddy Assaulted Her for Hours: Suit

The woman claims she texted her husband the address of where she was going before the alleged assault.

The plaintiff, who is not named in the complaint obtained by PEOPLE, says she was 23 and working as a model and promotional employee when she attended a VIP party hosted by Combs in New York City. The plaintiff claims she was introduced to Combs, and as the night wore on, the Bad Boy Records founder invited her to stay at his home so she wouldn’t have to worry about catching a train. The mogul is currently behind bars in New York after a federal judge denied his bail following his September indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
