Sean "Diddy" Combs is accused of sexual assault in another lawsuit, with a woman alleging the music mogul raped her after she made a comment suggesting he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur. The woman, Ashley Parham, alleges that Combs raped her in March 2018 in an apartment in Orinda, Calif., according to a copy of the complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Northern California, obtained by PEOPLE. Combs' legal battles became public last November, when his ex, singer Casandra "Cassie" Ventura, sued the Bad Boy Records founder, accusing him of sexual abuse.
