WME Revenue Spikes in Q4 as Endeavor Prepares to Go Private Again


WME closed out 2024 with a spike in revenue as parent company Endeavor prepares to go private again, four years after its IPO.

After agreeing last year to be taken private again by its majority owner, Silver Lake, Endeavor’s balance sheet is a work in progress. Some sports assets (PBR, IMG, On Location) and are being sold to TKO, the home of UFC and WWE that is majority controlled by Endeavor. “Over the next few months, our focus remains on completing our sale of IMG, On Location, and PBR to TKO; closing our take-private transaction with Silver Lake; and ensuring Endeavor is well-positioned for long-term success in representation.”
