Holiday Touchdown follows Hunter King as Alana, who sparks a romantic connection with Kansas City Chiefs director of engagement, Derrick ( Tyler Hynes), while competing for the team’s “Fan of the Year” award with her family. “Trust me on this one,” her character seemingly tells Alana in the preview, which also featured appearances from head coach Andy Reid, Chiefs guard Trey Smith and more of the team’s players. Matt Hoover/Hallmark MediaDonna is also set to star in another Hallmark holiday rom-com, Christmas on Call, which takes place in Philadelphia and will feature a new song by Jason and his former Eagles teammates’ musical group, The Philly Specials.
