The Academy Award winner, 55, was not home last Wednesday when police arrested Robert Ogden, 37, after he found his way onto the grounds, according to TMZ. Earlier this year, Will's wife Jada Pinkett Smith scared intruders away from her own LA home, TMZ reported. LA County Sheriff's Department responded to two calls from Will's home regarding the intruder, with Ogden leaving before officers arrived the first time
