Will Friedle says he was lied to and did not know who Drake Bell was when he wrote a letter in support of Brian Peck
In the Thursday, June 20, episode of his ” Pod Meets World ” podcast, Friedle spoke for the first time about his experience leading up to and during the 2003 trial. (Friedle’s cohost and Boy Meets World costar Rider Strong also wrote a letter in support of Peck and also claimed to have not known Bell was the victim.) The New York Times and the New Yorker first published investigative pieces in 2017 that accused disgruntled movie producer Harvey Weinstein of decades of sexual assault and harassment.
